摘要
To address the issue of sensitivity errors caused by temperature drift in the monitoring of micro-vibrations in aircraft skins, this paper proposes a flexible detection system based on PVDF piezoelectric thin films and conducts excitation response experiments at 25°C and 50°C. The results show that the system exhibits good linear output characteristics at room temperature, while sensitivity slightly decreases and fitting accuracy declines at high temperatures. Based on the experimental data, this paper establishes a linear model for sensitivity variation with temperature, proposes a temperature correction factor, and designs a temperature-adaptive compensation algorithm (TACA) to achieve dynamic correction of sensitivity drift. This method features a simple structure, clear parameters, and potential for embedded deployment. The research provides theoretical and technical support for the stable application of flexible sensing systems in complex thermal environments.
