摘要
The dual-active-bridge (DAB) dc-dc converter has been increasingly used in recent years. Different modulation strategies for DAB have been reported in the literature as Single Phase Shift (SPS), Extended Phase Shift (EPS), Double Phase Shift (DPS), Triple Phase Shift (TPS). In this paper, The DAB is investigated for different switching modulation strategies. Firstly, a 3.3-kW SiC-based DAB converter is built in MATLAB/Simulink, and the simulation studies were carried out for these recent state-of-the-art modulation strategies. Finally, the obtained results are presented for each different Modulation, and efficiencies are compared with each other.
