摘要
The CrFeCoNiCu high entropic alloy (HEA) was coated on the surface of continuous Ti fibres by magnetron sputtering. The coatings' morphology, structure, and strength were then analyzed. The results showed that the CrFeCoNiCu HEA coating inherited the FCC structure of the bulk HEA, and the coating crystallinity decreased with introduced N2. The CrFeCoNiCu and (CrFeCoNiCu)N coatings covered fibres uniformly. The tensile strength of fibres was enhanced greatly with coating CrFeCoNiCu and (CrFeCoNiCu)N by 24.10% and 32.23%, respectively.
