摘要
Resonance light scattering (RLS) as a simple, rapid, inexpensive method was introduced for the determination of fluvoxamine in real samples (blood serum and commercial tablet) based on nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots (N-CQDs) probe. The N-CQDs were characterized using various techniques such as UV–Vis spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), and Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), which revealed their size distribution range to be between 1 and 6 nm. The optimized conditions resulted in a linear response between 0.01 and 12.0 mg L-1 and a limit of detection of 5 µg/L, making this method suitable for analyzing fluvoxamine in blood serum and commercial tablet samples.
