Intrinsic conductive polymers have undergone comprehensive surveys due to their several benefits as compared to conventional materials. A wide exploration of polyaniline as an intrinsic conducting polymer has escalated due to its valuable mechanical, optical, and electrical assets thereby intensifying their possibility of applications. The inclusion of pristine polyaniline with fillers (ingredients) such as carbonaceous material, transition metals, and its metal oxides resulted in the fabrication of a multifunctional polyaniline composite with boosted performance using varying energy supply devices. Thanks to this structural stabilization efficiency of polyaniline with various ingredients or fillers, it has an open new window to develop futuristic energy devices. For this reason, we have explored this paper in terms of contemporary scenarios of emerging developments in polyaniline and its nanocomposites which would be beneficial to the electrochemical research community. Here we classified our survey into three categories of energy supply systems such as supercapacitors, solar cells, and OLED. This could be a future breakthrough as well as cooperative for administrative the balanced strategy and staff in command to additionally outfit the practical demand.
