摘要
Physical properties of polycrystalline hexagonal perovskite NdCrGe3 were studied in wide ranges of temperature and magnetic field strength employing several different experimental techniques. It has been established that the compound orders ferromagnetically at low temperatures and undergoes another magnetic phase transition in the ordered state, which probably bears the character of spin canting. Investigations of the potential of NdCrGe3 as a material for energy conversion have delivered characteristics far inferior to the materials currently in industrial use.
