Recent advances in the design and preparation of graphitic carbon nitride for photocatalysis

Various synthetic approaches of graphitic carbon nitride (g-C 3 N 4 ) are reviewed in this article. The unique properties of g-C 3 N 4 -based materials prepared by different methods lead to enhanced performance in photocatalytic applications.
