With the merits of NIR light-actuated botanicals/photothermal therapy (PTT)/chemodynamic therapy (CDT), the nanoantibiotic could synergistically eradicate intracellular antibiotic-resistant bacteria and alleviate associated infection, providing a promising and biologically safe pathway to address the intracellular antibiotic-resistant bacterial infection.
