Clinical observation of 10 cases of stable non-segmental vitiligo in adults treated with upadacitinib

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of upadacitinib in treating stable nonsegmental vitiligo in adults. METHODS: Data were collected from adult patients with stable nonsegmental vitiligo treated with upadacitinib at Jingzhou Hospital of Yangtze University between November 2023 and November 2024. Treatment efficacy was compared at 8 and 16 weeks and any adverse reactions were recorded. RESULTS: > 0.05). Among the 10 patients, 6 achieved over 50% improvement in total VASI score after 16 weeks, while 4 showed more than 75% improvement. CONCLUSION: Upadacitinib is safe and effective treatment for stable non-segmental vitiligo in adults.
