Palladium-catalyzed cascade synthesis of tricyclic quinolin-2(1H)-ones from 1,7-enynes and hydroxylamines

A palladium-catalyzed cascade radical cyclization and C–H amination of 1,7-enynes with perfluoroalkyl iodides and hydroxylamine has been developed for the rapid construction of tricyclic quinolin-2(1 H )-one scaffolds.
