摘要
Cognitive and mobility impairment are common in seniors and result in significant disability. Emerging evidence suggests that executive function is involved in gait regulation. HF-rTMS is a relatively safe non-invasive brain stimulation technique that has been shown to enhance motor learning and working memory. However, the role of HF-rTMS has not been adequately explored in modulating the motoric-cognitive risk syndrome, which increases the risk for Alzheimer disease.
