Amelioration of demethylation to synthetic etorfy and hydroetorfy

This article deals with the procedure of demethylation to etorfy and hydroctorfy,in which an optimum yicld is reached by 66% from the original 43%. The amelioration not only solves the problem of poor quality due to the process deficit and difficulties in post processing,but also improvers labor protection.
