Fictitiousness of the Amount of Modulus of Elasticity

The paper mainly answered a question which beginners Usually had: why was the amount of modulus of elasticity much larger than the anount of elastic limit and tensile strength though modulus of elasticity was only used in the range of elasticity? The writer tried to suggest that modulus of elasticity should have the characteristic of ficititious amplification by which the beginers question was explained.
