Study on ultrasonic extraction method of 4 anions in soil

Objective To establish ultrasonic extraction method of 4 anions in soil.Method Extract the 4 anions(F-、Cl-、SO42-and NO3) from soil by ultrasonic wave,purify them by solid phase extraction(SPE) column,analyze quantitatively by ion chromatography(IC),and research the relationship of different extraction solvents(de-ionized water,potassium hydroxide solution and caustic soda solution),temperature(10~50℃),time(10~50 minutes) and frequency(1~5times).Results With de-ionized water as extraction solvent,extracted ultrasonic one time for 30 minutes at 30℃,so as to obtain higher extracting efficiency.Conclusions The method was simple,time and labor saving,and pollution-free.
