Influence factors of the separation and interaction of protein and AOT by frozen-high speed centrifugation

The protein was separated from the reverse extraction solution(AOT/protein system).The effects of solution pH,centrifugation speed and centrifugation time on the separation and the interaction of AOT and protein were studied.The optimal separation conditions were as follows:centrifugation speed 9 000 r/min,centrifugation time 15 min and the pH of solution 4.5.
