Based on the School-based Improve Teachers' Professional Development

The development of society,the high quality education,the basis of call requires establishing specialization of teachers.Realizing teacher's specialization,also needs the teacher himself of self-development,also need schools offer of teachers' professional development platform,based on the school-based,promoting teachers' professional development.According to the practice to improve teachers' professional development,this paper analyzed systematically the primary and secondary school teachers to better promote professional development.
