摘要
The molecular sieve binary catalyst is prepared by the impregnation method with its molecular sieve as carrier.The catalyst is used for the hydroalkylation of benzene to cyclohexylbenzene(CHB) with the benzene as a raw material.The effects of different carrier acidity,reaction temperature,hydrogen pressure and metal loading are investigated.According to the experimental results,the optimum process conditions are as follows:2.5 MPa of hydrogen pressure,200℃ of temperature and 4 hours of time.The conversion of benzene and the selectivity of CHB are 67.6% and 47.8%,respectively,under the optimum process conditions.The metal actice and acidic of catalyst are the keys to the hydtoalkylation of benzene.
