摘要
In this paper,morpHoline-2,5-dione was synthesized from glycine and bromoacetyl bromide.The structure of the final product was characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR analysis methods.Through researching in the influence of pH value of the system in acylation and the reactant dropping rate in cyclization on reaction yield.the better synthesis conditions are determined that pH value is 8 and the reactant dropping rate is 0.007 mol/h.the optimized procedure that results in the total yield of the reaction with 33% or more.
