Cinnamic Amides:A New Type of α-Glucosidase Inhibitors

Four new cinnamic amides(T_1~T_4) were synthesized,and their inhibitory activities for α-glucosidase were assayed in vitro.All compounds display inhibitory activities against α-glucosidase.The α-glucosidase inhibitory ratios of compound T_2(88.13%) and T_3(90.41%) are higher than that of control drug acarbose(87.25%) at a concentration of 0.01×10~(-3) g/mL.
