摘要
An efficient and facile method is developed to synthesize 3-benzoyl indolizines by two-component reaction under microwave irradiation. A wide range of substrates could be applied, and desired products 3-benzoyl indolizines were obtained with 74-89% yield under microwave irradiation and the obtained yield was compared with the conventional synthesis method after column purification. Different novel 3-benzoyl indolizine derivatives were synthesized by microwave irradiation. The newly synthesized compound structures were characterized by spectral analysis such as 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and HRMS.
