摘要
In this study, laser cladding Cu-W alloy coating with different W content were prepared on the pure copper substrate by laser cladding. The phase composition and microstructure of Cu-W coating were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The hardness and electrical conductivity of Cu-W coating were studied. The Cu-W coating consist of W and Cu and all coating are well bonded with the substrate. The results show that the hardness of coating increases with the increase of W content. The coating Cu-W40 shows the best conductivity. However, the coating of Cu-W has obvious segregation phenomenon, causing greatly change of the coating hardness value.
