摘要
High efficient CW lasers at 1064 nm and 1342 nm were realized in a compact diode-end-pumped Nd:YVO 4 slab. The maximum 1064 nm output power of 22.5 W was obtained under the pump power of 56.0 W, corresponding to the maximum optical conversion efficiency and slop efficiency of 40.1% and 50.1%, respectively. When the pump power was 34.7 W, the maximum output power at 1342 nm was obtained to be 4.4 W. The corresponding slope efficiency and the optical conversion efficiency were 17.9% and 12.6%, respectively.
