Application of the USDAHL-74 Hydrology Model to Grassland Watersheds

ABSTRACT THE USDAHL-74 Model of Watershed Hydrology was evaluated on three grassland watersheds in north central Oklahoma. Watershed W-3 (37 ha) was the base watershed for a 6 yr calibration period and an 18 yr test period. The land use parameter values obtained by the W-3 calibration were also used for a 21 yr test on water-shed W-4 (83 ha) and a one year test on environmental research watershed ENV (55 ha).
