摘要
Interest in 3D printing has been on the rise and has led to the development of multiple types of 3D printing including Digital Light Processing (DLP)-based printing. In this work, we demonstrate the fabrication of positive relief structures created using DLP 3D printing with aspect ratios exceeding 100:1, not previously achieved with similar types of 3D printing technologies at such scales. Using an open source 3D printing platform, we optimize printing parameters of two methacrylate-based resins to achieve structures approaching high aspect ratios of 140:1.
