Recent progress on relevant signal transduction pathway in breast cancer

With the deepening of the study in the tumor cell signal transduction pathway,we have increasingly understood complicated mechanism of the signal transduction in and out tumor cells and its impact on the occurrence,development,recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer.Internal gene of cells directly control the occurrence and development of apoptosis,while external factors affect gene mutations and activate the intracellular expression products abnormally through cell signal transduction,which indicate that cell signal transduction pathway may inhibite apoptosis and promote proliferation by multi-effect factors,resulting in the occurrence and development of tumors.In this paper,we make a brief summary on relevant signal transduction pathway in the occurrence and development of breast cancer,such as receptor tyrosine kinase signal transduction pathway,ER signal transduction pathway,Notch signaling pathway and Wnt signal transduction pathway.
