A solving methed of overdetermined systems

Only in under very special circumstance, an overdetermined systems have accurate solutions and general an approximated solution is often found in some determination of the overdetermined system. In this paper a solving process using simulated annealing algorithm to find the squares solution of the overdetermined systems is presented. The result of solving of numerical experiment of solving process shows that the it is very effective.
