[Objective]To analyze the investigation of TB drug resistance in some areas of Jiangxi province,and to provide reference for the evaluation of TB control in recent years.[Methods]We included smear positive tuberculosis cases in the survey,of which 143 cases of the in vitro isolates strain got isoniazid,rifampin,ethambutol,streptomycin,kanamycin and ofloxacin susceptibility test,We analyzed the susceptibility test results.[Results]Of the 143 strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis,the total resistance rate was 32.87%.Streptomycin drug resistance was the highest rates of resistance spectrum;The single drug resistance rate was 16.78%.Isoniazid and streptomycin resistance spectrum was higher,and rate of multidrug resistance was 7.69%.The drug resistance spectrum was high to isoniazid + streptomycin.Multidrug resistance rate was 8.3%,resistance to isoniazid + ethambutol + rifampicin + isoniazid or streptomycin + ofloxacin + ethambutol+ rifampicin was the most common;The extensively drug-resistant rate was 1.40%.[Conclusion]The situation of drug-resistant TB and the threat of XDR-TB were serious.
