摘要
Objective To investigate the causes and measures of hospital infection in hematologic malignancy patients.Method The data of 546 hematologic malignancy patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 546 patients,178 cases had hospital infection with a rate of 32.7%.Most of the infected areas were respiratory system.Gram-negative bacilli accounted for 59.5%,higher than Gram-positive ball germ(35.4%).hematologic malignancy patients who had long hospital stay, white cell count less than 2.0×109/L,primary disease of acute leukemia and multiple myeloma were particularly vulnerable to hospital infection. Conclusion hematologic malignancy patients are vulnerable to hospital infection and should be separated.Infections should be identified in time and reasonable anti-infection medicine should be administered to support treatment.Besides anti-infective agents, the use of recombinant granulocyte colony-stimulating factor can contribute to the curative effect.
