Management Innovation of Laboratory Oriented to National Innovation System

This paper analyzed what the university should be in the national innovation system, and how it functions currently. It suggested that the connotation of management innovation of laboratory oriented to the national innovation system consists of such innovations as management system, resource plan, and human resource management. The management innovation of laboratory not only enhances the construction and management of laboratory, but also makes university play an important role in national innovation system.
