Investigation on the Agglomerate Mechanism and Controlling Method in Nano-particle Powder Preparation

The investigation and progress in the agglomerates of nano-particle powder are overviewed,the bane of the agglomeration is introduced in brief,and the classification and the formation of the agglomeration are analyzed in detail in this article.The agglomeration mechanisms are analyzed by dint of the theory of DLVO and double electricity layer theory.Some conventional controlling methods used for the nano-particle powder preparation are mentioned.The further research on this field such as controlling agglomeration was referred.
