Study of Extracting Tea Polyphenol from Green Tea

Study of extracting tea polyphenol(TP) from green tea is introduced.In the best condition,the TP extraction ratio reached to 9.5 %,and the mass fraction was about 97.2 %.It is superior to the old method due to the following advantages like simpler method,lower cost,higher extraction efficiency,saving time,solvent and energy;no poison and pollution and easy for industrial production etc.
