Postoperative pain could affect the prognosis of patients and the outcomes of the diseases seriously,and even is related to the chronic pain syndrome.More and more attention is paid to multimodal analgesia for acute pain.Anticonvulsant drug such as pregabalin,which used for the treatment of chronic neuropathic pain,has been treated as a adjuvant drug for treatment of acute postoperative pain currently.It was demonstrated that pregabalin are efficacious treatments for neuropathic and postsurgical pain.The reviwe will provide new treatment ideas and strategies for multimodal analgesia for acute pain by this review.
