Study on the influence of carbon fiber surface treatment onthe compression-sensitivity of carbon fiber-reinforced concrete

The importance of the composite interface and a kind of new carbon fiber surface treatment method-LGDE are introduced. The result shows that LGDE not only improves the tensile strength of carbon fiber and the interlaminar shear strength ILSS of composites but also the dispersiveness of fibers. Under the effect of cyclic load it finds that the stability and repeatability of CFRC made by fibers treated in this way corresponding to the change of strain is greatly improved.
