ANSYS based stress analysis of end milling cutter with different angles

In this paper,the force calculation for overall carbide end milling cutter was carried out,and the ANSYS software was applied to model,analyze and simulate the transients change of cutting force during actual milling,obtained at the same cutting conditions,different the size of the tool helix angle,the maximum value of stress generated during the dynamic cutting process at different helix angles under same cutting condition has been obtained.
