Objective: To evaluate the minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: 98 patients treated with minimally invasive surgery combined with conventional medical treatment,the control group 100 patients treated with conventional medicine.Results: The survival rate of the recent higher cure rate and the recent(P0.01),long-term disability than the control group(P0.01).Conclusion: The minimally invasive surgery is the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage safe,simple,effective,and more effective than routine medical treatment.
