Tin-based anode material is one of the promising candidates for the anode materials in lithium-ion secondary batteries.SnO2 was prepared by HNO3 oxidation of Sn in this experiment, and it was modified by doping B.The influence of sintering temperature on electrochemical performance was studied. The material structure was analyzed by XRD,and the electrochemical performance was examined by means of the experiment of charge and discharge property and AC impedance. It was shown that tin oxide-based material has the high capability, but its cycle capability and reversibility were not well.It must be improved through doping or controlling its structure.SnO2 sintered at 700℃ had better performance than that sintered at other temperatures. The first charge capacity and discharge capacity were 1390 mAh/g and 590 mAh/g,respectively.The cycle capability of SnO2 could be improved by doping B.
