Forty male Wistar rats (68~76?g) were used in this experiment and divided into four group randomly.The animal models of osteoporsis caused by denervatation were made. After twenty-eight day′s electrical-stimulation and passive movement, the IGF-1 content and the activities of AKP and TRAP were made in earch group. The results show that the IGF-1 concentration of electric stimulation group and electric stimulation plus passive movement group are significantly more than that in the plaster fixation group(p0.05;p0.01 ? The activities of AKP and TRAP are increased by passive movement and electric stimulation. The passive movement and electric stimulation can accelerate the bone forming process, therefore play an important role on preventing and retarding osteoporsis.
