Processing And Mould Design of Outsides Cover of Electric Machinery

Outsides cover of electric machinery parts were analyzed and compared. The final processing route was decided: cutting plate→drawing→trimming→punching bottom hole and groove→punching side hole. Three kinds of mould structures were also introduced including drawing mould, punching bottom hole and punching groove mould, and punching side hole mould.
