Research on Sticky Knowledge Transfer Mechanism in Knowledge Network of Industrial Clusters

The transfer of sticky knowledge in the knowledge network of industrial clusters has a great effect on the performance of knowledge flows,which determines the improvement of the technological innovation and the construction optimization of industrial clusters.The paper analyzes the three-dimensional structure of knowledge networks,then finds out the relationships among nodes of internal and external knowledge networks.Then the flow of knowledge among nodes such as corporations,colleges,research institutes and government departments is analyzed.The research on sticky knowledge flow from all levels' perspectives leads to the conclusions which can promote the sticky knowledge transfer.
