Progress of Two-Photon Three-Dimensional Microfabrication

The principle and characteristics of two photon three dimensional microfabrication are introduced. The progress of two photon microfabrication of three dimensional microstructures, three dimensional functional devices and new materials in the world are summarized and some results of our research on two photon microfabrication are presented.
