摘要
In order to analyze the effect of seed soaking with biogas slurry on seed germination of rapeseed,the influence of biogas slurry concentration(5%,10%,20%,40%,80%,100%) and soaking time(1,2,4,8 h) on germination,seedling height,root lengh and wet weight of single plant were analyzed by using variance analysis method.Results showed soaking in 10% biogas slurry could significantly stimulate the germination of rapeseed,soaking in higher biogas slurry concentration could inhibit the germination.Soaking for 2 h in 100% biogas slurry and 4 h in 80% biogas slurry had much more better growth than the other treatments.The results indicated that appropriate soaking with bigas slurry could promote the germentation and growth of rapeseed,but soaking for much longer time in high concentration biogas slurry was disadvantageous to the germenation and growth of rapeseed.This study provided theoretical basis for the application of rapeseed soaking with biogas slurry and the treatment of biogas slurry.
