Bupiyichang Combined Intestinal Thai Mixture by Colon Treating Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome Controlled Observation

[Objective]To observe Bupiyichang combined intestinal Thai mixture by colon treating diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome.[Methods]80 cases were divided into treatment group and control group.40 cases of the control group oral pinaverium bromide tablets each time,3 times 50mg,/d.Abdominal pain was oral belladonna every time 10 ～ 20mg,3 /d;diarrhea severe Gallo loperamide(imodium),every time 2 ～ 4mg,up to a maximum of 4 times /d.The treatment group of 40 cases of oral Bupiyichang Decoction(Radix Codonopsis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Bupleuri,Amomum villosum,etc.),1 doses of /d,,and give the intestines peaceful mixture enema,tertian 1,continuous use of 10 times.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks after the curative effect.[Results]Two group patients after major symptom scores were lower than those before therapy,the treatment group than in control group(P 0.01);total effective rate of treatment group and control group 92.50%,the total efficiency of 75.00%,in treatment group than in control group(P 0.05)[.Conclusion] Bupiyichang combined intestinal Thai mixture by colon treating diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome has better clinical curative effect.
