摘要
In recent years, with the improvement of high-intensity focused ultrasound technology, ultrasound cycloplasty has once again gained clinical recognition, becoming one of the non-invasive procedures for glaucoma treatment. Although high-level evidence is still lacking so far, the existing literature has shown that ultrasound cycloplasty can effectively and safely decreases the intraocular pressure in glaucoma by reducing the formation of aqueous humor and increasing the drainage of aqueous humor through the uveoscleral pathway. This article focuses on the efficacy and safety of ultrasound cycloplasty in the treatment of glaucoma, reviews the existing literature, and summarizes the information on the development of equipment, treatment mechanisms, surgical procedures, effectiveness of intraocular pressure reduction, and post-operative complications, with the purpose to provide reference for clinical research and application. (Chin J Ophthalmol, 2020, 56: 66-70).近年来,随着高强度聚焦超声技术的改进,超声睫状体成形术再次获得临床认可,成为青光眼降眼压治疗的非侵入性术式之一。虽然目前尚缺乏高级别的证据,但是现有文献显示,超声睫状体成形术可通过减少房水的生成、增加房水经葡萄膜巩膜途径的引流,有效且安全地降低各种类型青光眼的眼压。本文以超声睫状体成形术治疗青光眼的有效性和安全性为重点,针对现有文献进行综述,从设备的发展、治疗原理、手术步骤、降低眼压的幅度、术后并发症等方面进行归纳与总结,以期为临床研究及治疗提供参考。(中华眼科杂志,2020,56:66-70).
