Abdominal Clonus in the Setting of a T5 Spinal Cord Injury

This case report describes abdominal clonus diagnosed in a man aged 49 years with a history of a T5 spinal cord injury, kidney dysfunction, and obesity who presented with worsening involuntary movements of the abdomen.
