The Analysis on Influential Factors of Building Project

Through the statistics and analysis of concerned document about housing project quality in recent years,this thesis marks of sorts of housing problems and generant degree of different sort. Meantime , According to the data, author do some research on the new problem in the quality of the building construction. On such basis, the theory of Customer Satisfaction (C.S) is used in the control of the building construction, an appraisal system about the veracity of the quality of the building project is established. Through carrying on the statistics to the primitive investigation data, author calculated the veracity of the building project as well as all levels of veracity of the second index. This investigation discovered key factors that mainly influence the quality of the building project. this paper describes procreant reasons for the key factors of the quality matter.
