摘要
To ensure the uniformity of display image quality, it's necessary to gamma‐tuning, which is particularly time‐consuming, resulting in lower production efficiency. In order to reduce gamma TT (Tack Time), this paper proposes a novel AI model for predicting gamma. The study shows that TT 20% can be saved by using the prediction results as the initial value of gamma‐tuning, and TT can be saved by about 70% by writing the prediction results directly to the register.
