Discussion on Legislative Orientation for Changing the Mode of Chinese Bonded Zone into that of Free Trade Zone

With the background of developing cyclic economy,a trial on changing the mode of bonded zone into that of free trade zone is being carried out.During the process,there is still lack of legislation in respect of the free trade zone in our country.Although there does exist the term of bonded zone in Customs Law of People's Republic of China,there is no explicit statutory legal status for the bonded zone.The lawmaking process regarding the free trade zone of China shall be accelerated as a precursor for changing of the mode for the country.
