Solid Culture Method for Mycelia of Cordyceps militaris

The optimum C,N sources were selected for mycelia of Cordyceps militaris by point access method.The results indicated that Paecilomyces militaris could utilize more C,N sources.The conventional feed all could be utilized.The solid culture medium,containing different ratios of soybean meal,bran,maize flour,was designed according to the C,N sources screened and could meet the mycelia growth requirement of Cordyceps militaris.The solid culture method was feasible.
