Determination on Soybean Isoflavone Content by Ultrahigh Performance Liquid Chromatography Method

Ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography method was taken to isolate and determine soybean isoflavone content.The results showed that the linear detection range of soybean isoflavone was 1.0-9.0 μg/ml.The recoveries of genistein,daidzein,daidzin,genistin were 98.7%,98.1%,97.9%,97.8% with RSD of 2.1%,1.8%,1.7%,1.3% resp.
