HARNESS OF THE YELLOW RIVER FRITH AND THEORY OF "THREE-RESTRICTING

Harnessing the Yellow River frith is one of the important problems in harnessing the Yellow River. The views on harnessing the Yellow River include the theory of dragging the frith, theory of the frith's relative stability and theory of consolidating the frith. This paper analyze the necessity and feasibility of consolidating the frith, puts forward the theory of three restricting and regard harnessing the Yellow River frith as the key to the consolidation of the frith.
